Online registration is the way to go in 2010!

The Early Bird Special provides a 10% discount through December 31, 2009. Adults (13 & over) are just $27 and Children (12 & under) are $13.50. If you would like a detailed description of the registration process, click here.

Team Captains can create their teams and send out email invitations to potential team members.

Your registration confirmation email provides you with your user name and password for access to your Race Center and personal page.  Our powerful online fundraising tips and tools are available to ensure your success.
You will be asked during the online registration if you are a returning participant or a new participant. All you need to know is the email you used when registering last year to login and re-activate your Race Center from last year.

The Online Registration Process

1. Using the buttons on the Race Home Page, choose to form a team, register as part of an existing team, or register as an individual.
2. Choose your participation type: Survivor & Adult (13 & over), Child (12 & under) or The Chapman Platinum Challenge.  NEW this year:  Breast cancer survivors will be recognized based on the questions answered during the registration process rather than being a separate registration type.
3. Choose any extras to be added to your registration (donation, scoring chip, postage, Park n Ride pass, raffle tickets, team sign).  Explanation of all extras provided below.
4. Provide your personal information and registration preferences (event, t-shirt size, etc.).
5. Agree to the waiver.
6. Provide your payment information.
7. You will receive a confirmation email that summarizes your transaction and login information (username and password) for access to your Race Center.

Registration Extras

In step 3 of the registration process (above), you have the option to include any/all of the following:
Donation:  Consider it a self-pledge to get your fundraising started!  This donation will be added to your personal page and fundraising total.  It is tax deductible.  Your race entry fee is not tax deductible.
Scoring  Chip:  All runners who wish to be eligible for race performance awards and anyone who wants an 'official' time MUST purchase a scoring chip when they register.
Postage:   Have your t-shirt and race number mailed to your address, saving the hassle of Packet Pickup on Race weekend.  Shipments will start by April 1.
Park n Ride Pass:  This option was well-received last year and we expect to double the number of cars parked near Memorial Hall and the Please Touch Museum in Fairmount Park.  All car occupants were treated to a FREE, relaxing shuttle ride and were dropped off close to the Race site!  No more hassle about where to park and long distances to walk.
Car Raffle tickets:  Take a chance on a 3-year lease of our beautiful 2010 Ford Mustang convertible (or $10,000 in cash), courtesy of Chapman Auto Group.  Click 'Yes' to purchase raffle tickets and select from one to four single tickets or a booklet of six.
Team Sign:  11x18 sign with block lettering, mounted on a pole for easy carrying on Race day.  Usually purchased by the Team Captain.

Multiple Registrations

Many of you have asked about being able to register your whole family at one time. It is required that all our participants agree to the indemnity waiver, either by checking the box during the online process or signing the paper entry form. We will continue to investigate this option, but after consulting with our legal team and programmers, we have determined that we cannot offer this option at this time.
